Common Questions

If weather data looks stale, reopen the app and refresh from the main screen.
If notifications are unavailable, confirm that you have an active premium subscription and iOS notifications enabled.
If you use Apple Health sleep import, verify Health permissions in the Apple Health app and iOS Settings.
If purchases are not recognized, use the restore purchases option inside the app.

Subscriptions

The app offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription and an auto-renewing yearly subscription. The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible users. Billing and cancellation are managed by Apple through your Apple Account subscription settings.
