SubHome is a subscription tracking application that helps you monitor and manage recurring payments and subscriptions. The app stores data locally on your device and provides reminder notifications for upcoming renewals.

3. User Responsibilities

By using SubHome, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when adding subscriptions
• Keep your device secure
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app

4. Subscription and Payment

SubHome offers subscription plans:

• Monthly: $2.99 per month
• Yearly: $12.99 per year (includes 3-day free trial)

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All payments are governed by Apple's Terms and Conditions. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

5. Free Trial

Yearly subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel during the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.

6. Data and Privacy

All subscription data is stored locally on your device. SubHome does not collect or transmit personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

SubHome provides subscription tracking as a convenience tool. We are not responsible for:

• Missed reminders or notifications
• Inaccurate subscription information entered by users
• Charges from service providers
• Service provider actions or policy changes

8. Service Availability

SubHome is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

9. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the subscription information you add to the app. You represent that all information provided is accurate and that you have the right to share such information.

10. Intellectual Property

SubHome and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
