Welcome to Bible Notes & Study. By installing or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Bible Notes & Study grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for private Bible reading, notes, bookmarks, reading plans, audio playback, export, and related study features.
Bible Notes & Study Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription handled by Apple through the App Store. It may unlock additional features such as Heritage Voice audio, playback controls, additional reading plans, tags and phrase highlights, PDF export, iCloud sync, and study reference tools. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Your study data is stored on your device by default. If you choose to use iCloud sync, the app writes or reads supported study data in your private Apple iCloud container. This is a sync feature, not a guarantee that every device state or file is backed up permanently.
Bible text, starter annotations, study references, commentary-style notes, lexicon notes, and optional verse explanations are provided for personal study. They may be incomplete or contain errors and are not pastoral, legal, medical, financial, clinical, or other professional advice.
You may not reverse engineer the app, attempt to extract source code, misuse subscription access, or resell app content or generated materials in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or these terms.
We may update these terms as the app changes or as required by law. Continued use of the app after updated terms are published means you accept the updated terms.
